LongKang Birds

We’ve posted about the Brahminy Kite before but we wanted to revisit these cool birds as we had the opportunity to catch two of them in action. In fact, it’s the beginning of the season for raptors so we are looking forward to seeing more and more birds of prey!

If you’re wondering what LongKang means, it is a colloquial term that means “drain” in Malay. These pictures were taken above a LongKang just outside our house.
